AC gas top-up for my Toyota Supra – Could have been better
I visited the workshop in ECIL for an AC gas top-up on my Toyota Supra. The initial diagnosis seemed accurate, and they charged me ₹3,000 for the service. However, I noticed that the AC was not cooling as effectively as I expected after the service. I had to make a second trip for them to check it again, and it turns out they hadn't filled it to the proper level. The follow-up process was a little slow, and I ended up spending more time than anticipated waiting for the resolution. While the staff was friendly, I was frustrated with the overall experience. I appreciate that the price was lower than the dealer's, but considering the inconvenience, I'm unsure if I'd go back again without some reassurance.
