Mixed Feelings After Brake Fluid Replacement for My BMW iX3
I took my BMW iX3 in for a brake fluid replacement and overall, the service was okay but not flawless. When I received the car, I noticed that the brake warning light was still on, indicating the issue wasn't fully resolved. They assured me it was an oversight and asked me to come back. The final bill for the service was ₹3,500, which was reasonable; however, it ended up being about 20% higher than the initial estimate they gave me. Communication could be improved, as I had to initiate the follow-up for updates. While they did manage to fix the issue eventually, it was a bit of a hassle, and I am on the fence about returning for future services in Tarnaka.
