Battery Replacement on Lexus RZ – Good Service with Minor Hiccups
I had to replace the battery on my Lexus RZ and visited the Madhapur location. The staff was knowledgeable and quickly identified that my battery was draining fast, recommending an upgraded model for better performance. The new battery cost me ₹25,000, quite reasonable compared to the dealer's ₹35,000 price tag. However, I did wait longer than expected for the installation, which was a bit frustrating. Nevertheless, my car runs perfectly now, and I appreciate their transparency in repairs. I'll make sure to contact them for regular upkeep moving forward.
