I recently took my BMW XM to a workshop in Miyapur for a rear brake shoes replacement. The car was showing signs of unusual squeaking, which worried me. Initially, the diagnosis seemed precise, and they informed me that I needed new brake shoes along with a few other minor adjustments. However, the final bill came to ₹18,000, which was about 20% more than the original estimate. The work was done fine, but I had to return a week later because the brakes were still making a noise. They were helpful on my second visit, but it still left me feeling uncertain about their reliability. Overall, not a bad experience, but I didn’t get the peace of mind I hoped for.
