Mercedes-Benz service, repair and diagnosis.

Periodic maintenance

We match the PMS scope to your model and due items: approved engine oil, filters, brake and fluid checks, service reset and a documented handover.

Suspension & Airmatic

We work on ride-height warnings, uneven stance, overnight sinking, frequent compressor activity, knocks and changed ride quality across Airmatic and conventional suspension.

Transmission & gearbox

We assess delayed engagement, shift flare, jerks, limp mode and selector concerns using symptom history, fluid condition, control-module data and mechanical checks.

Engine & cooling

We investigate oil or coolant loss, overheating, smoke, misfire, low performance and abnormal noise across lubrication, fuel, air, cooling and control systems.

Electrical & diagnostics

We diagnose warning lights, starting issues, battery drain, intermittent module faults and communication errors with electrical-baseline checks and system-specific data.

AC & comfort systems

We check weak cooling, intermittent airflow, compressor concerns and climate-control faults across refrigerant pressure, electrical command, sensors, actuators and airflow.

Where relevant, we use Star Diagnostics and XENTRY checks alongside the symptoms and inspection. A fault code alone does not determine what needs repair.

Mercedes-Benz repair in Hyderabad

At our independent Mercedes-Benz workshop in Hyderabad, we handle Mercedes-Benz car repair across engine, braking and suspension systems. Our work includes Mercedes brake repair, Mercedes suspension repair, and checks for Mercedes oil leakage. Brake checks can include pad and disc condition and braking response; suspension assessment considers ride height, handling and noise. When you report oil leakage, we check the affected area and related systems. The checks depend on your model, its condition and the symptoms you report.

We are an independent workshop—not a Mercedes-Benz authorised dealership or a manufacturer-affiliated service centre. Our recommendation depends on your exact vehicle and the findings.

Six systems. Different evidence for each.

We match our technical checks to your Mercedes engine, gearbox and fitted equipment—not just the badge.

CONTROL SYSTEMS

Star/XENTRY diagnostics: a fault code is not a diagnosis

We use Mercedes-specific Star Diagnostics and XENTRY checks to interpret fault status, freeze-frame information and live values alongside your complaint. Low voltage, wiring or communication faults can trigger secondary warnings; the module named by a code is not automatically faulty.

We identify your vehicle and check its electrical baseline. Depending on the system, we measure supply and charging voltage, grounds, connector condition and signal plausibility. These results help us decide whether programming, adaptation, wiring work or component repair is relevant. Test availability depends on the Mercedes system.

  • VIN and system identification
  • Stored versus current faults
  • Live values and physical confirmation
  • Post-repair fault review

CHASSIS & RIDE

Airmatic, conventional suspension and steering

We investigate overnight sinking, a low corner, frequent compressor operation or an Airmatic warning across pneumatic and electrical systems. Leak paths, air lines, valve blocks, compressor operation and ride-height sensors can each be involved. Not every Mercedes has Airmatic; we treat coil-spring suspension as its own mechanical system.

For knocks, wandering or uneven tyre wear, we inspect control-arm bushes, ball joints, tie rods, mounts and dampers. After suspension work, we check ride height or alignment where relevant and assess the car on a safe road test.

  • Leak and ride-height assessment
  • Compressor and sensor checks
  • Bushes, joints, mounts and dampers
  • Alignment or calibration where applicable

TRANSMISSION

7G-Tronic, 9G-Tronic and model-specific transmissions

Delayed engagement, shift flare, harsh changes and limp mode do not automatically mean a complete gearbox replacement. Mercedes 722.9 7G-Tronic, 725.0 9G-Tronic and other transmissions use different fluids, controls and service procedures. We confirm gearbox identity from vehicle data, not the badge.

We check symptoms, transmission-control faults and live data, fluid level and condition using the correct procedure, leaks and electrical connections. Conductor plates, valve bodies, torque converters and internal mechanical faults call for different checks. An adaptation reset cannot repair mechanical wear.

  • Gearbox-code confirmation
  • Fluid specification and temperature procedure
  • Electrical versus hydraulic versus mechanical diagnosis
  • Post-repair transmission verification

ENGINE & COOLING

Engine repair, cooling and overhaul decisions

Petrol M271, M274 and M276 and diesel OM642, OM651 and OM654 engines vary by year, chassis and market. We trace timing noise, oil use, smoke, low power, overheating and rough running across lubrication, cooling, air, fuel, ignition and internal mechanical systems.

When symptoms point to internal wear, we may use cooling pressure tests, oil-pressure measurement, compression or leak-down tests, a borescope and scan data. These findings help distinguish a targeted repair from strip-and-measure engine work. Do not drive an overheating car or one showing low oil pressure; call us about safe transport.

  • Engine-code and complaint confirmation
  • Cooling and lubrication measurements
  • Mechanical testing when indicated
  • Targeted repair versus strip-and-measure overhaul

DIESEL SYSTEMS

Diesel intake, EGR, turbo, injector and DPF diagnosis

Intake restrictions, EGR faults, boost leaks, turbo controls and fuel-system problems can overlap as smoke, hesitation or low power. We compare intake and charge-air pipework, commanded and actual boost, air-mass plausibility and relevant fuel data.

On DPF-equipped diesels, we assess soot loading, differential pressure, temperature sensors and regeneration conditions. We only consider DPF work on vehicles fitted with the system. Forced regeneration is not suitable for every fault or loading condition; we first identify the cause and check safety conditions.

  • Air, boost and fuel checks
  • EGR command and response
  • DPF sensor and soot assessment where fitted
  • Safe regeneration or repair decision

MAINTENANCE & COMFORT

PMS, air conditioning and a documented handover

We match PMS to your Mercedes model, engine, oil approval, service history and due items. Our package covers the applicable oil and filters, fluid checks, brake condition and service-indicator work.

For weak or intermittent AC, we check refrigerant pressure, leak evidence, compressor command, condenser airflow, temperatures and climate-control faults. A refrigerant top-up alone will not fix a leak or electrical fault. Our handover records the completed work, checks and any remaining recommendations.

  • Model-matched oil and filter scope
  • Brake and fluid condition checks
  • AC pressure, airflow and control diagnosis
  • Documented findings and final checks

Before you get in touch.

Clear answers to the questions Mercedes-Benz owners ask first.

What Mercedes-Benz work do you handle?

We handle Mercedes-Benz PMS, suspension and Airmatic, transmission, engine, electrical, AC and other supported repairs. Tell us your model and the concern when you call.

How much does Mercedes-Benz periodic maintenance cost?

Our published PMS ranges are ₹17,999–₹19,999 for Category 1, ₹19,999–₹21,999 for Category 2, and ₹22,999–₹24,999 for Category 3. We match your Mercedes model and service requirements to the applicable category.

Can I get a repair estimate before work begins?

Yes. We share a written repair estimate for your approval before repair work begins.

Do you diagnose Mercedes-Benz warning lights and drivability concerns?

Yes. We use Mercedes-specific Star Diagnostics and XENTRY checks where relevant, alongside vehicle history, symptoms and physical inspection. A scan result alone does not determine the repair.

How do I contact or book with you?

Call or WhatsApp us, or choose Appointment to share your Mercedes model, contact details and preferred visit time. We confirm the date and time with you.

Do you repair both Airmatic and conventional Mercedes suspension?

Yes. We work on the suspension fitted to your car. Airmatic concerns can involve air leaks, compressor operation, valve blocks and height sensors; coil-spring suspension involves dampers, springs, mounts, bushes, joints and steering parts. A low corner or warning is not enough on its own to condemn a component.

Can you assess 7G-Tronic or 9G-Tronic shift problems?

Yes. We identify the gearbox and assess engagement, shift quality, leaks, fluid condition, control faults and relevant live data. Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults need different solutions; a fluid change or adaptation reset cannot repair internal wear.

Does engine smoke or overheating mean an overhaul is needed?

Not necessarily. We may use cooling pressure tests, oil-pressure checks, compression or leak-down testing, scan-data review or a borescope, depending on the symptoms. We consider an overhaul only when the findings support it. Stop driving with an overheating or low-oil-pressure warning and call us about safe transport.

What should I share before booking Mercedes diagnostics?

Share your model, year, fuel type, mileage, warning message and when the symptoms occur. Mention recent battery, engine or gearbox work and any service history. A dashboard photo or short video helps us understand the concern; we still need to check the relevant system.

Are your workshop photographs real, and why are plates branded?

Yes. We use photographs from our workshop and mask registration numbers for privacy. Captions describe what is visible; the opening car sequence is illustrative and separate from our real workshop photos.

Where can I read independent customer feedback?

Read our Google Maps and Justdial listings using the links on this page. Checked on 25 October 2026, Google Maps shows 4.7 out of 5 from 487 reviews and Justdial shows 4.9 out of 5 from 887 listing-wide ratings. These figures cover our whole workshop, not just Mercedes-Benz repairs. You can also read our website reviews.

Where is your workshop, and which Hyderabad areas do you serve?
