The mechanics at the workshop thoroughly examined the TCM and ran multiple diagnostic tests. They identified a software issue rather than a hardware failure, which was a relief. They promptly updated the software and made some minor adjustments, all for an incredibly reasonable ₹22,000. The authorized dealers had quoted nearly ₹40,000 for what I thought was a much worse problem. Though there was a slight delay in getting the updates finished, the team kept me informed throughout the process. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received in Lingampally and would recommend them for any luxury car repairs.”

“I had a rather mixed experience with my Jaguar XJ at Metre Per Second in Shamshabad. I took the car in for an ABS sensor replacement after the warning light kept flashing. While they replaced the sensor for ₹9,000, shortly after getting the car back, the light came back on within days. I had to return, and that's where my frustration began; they examined it again but could not pinpoint the issue immediately. The final bill ended up being around ₹11,500 due to additional diagnostics, which was higher than the original estimate. The communication could have been better, as I felt left in the dark for some time. Although the staff was polite, I'm not sure I would return without some assurance that they could fix the problem properly.”

The staff was professional and really seemed to know their stuff. They estimated the job would cost around ₹12,000, and I was pleased that the final bill only came out to ₹13,000 — just a slight increase due to some extra detailing they suggested. However, there was a bit of a delay in getting the service done, as they were busy that day. It would have been nice to have quicker updates, but the end result was worth the wait.
